World Wide Rally for Somalia

As you all know, the Somali Republic is currently under foreign occupation . This invasion could not have been possible without the political and logistic assistance of the United States which is openly and directly engaged in this conflict. The Ethiopian regime and its allies have launched a full scale attack of aggression against a sovereign country, which is in violation of International Conventions and United Nations resolutions. This war was conducted with fallacious pretext "the war against terrorism". However, they have only succeed to bring back the chaos and the spiral of violence of the previous warlords after a brief moment of relief. It’s not the first time an external intervention had helped Abyssinians to carry out their sinister agenda which is the occupation and the annexation of the Somali Republic. While usurping the independence and freedom of the Somali people, Ethiopian Regime has always managed to shelter behind foreign forces (Portuguese, Britons, Warsaw pact and now Americans). From the era of Ahmed Gurey to that of Sayid Mohamed Abdillah Hassan, all though out the twenty and twenty first centuries Ethiopia has used support from greaterly influencial states. Now, the Ethiopian regime is trying to legitimize its occupation by launching diplomatic misinformation and by presenting Ethiopian occupation as the only alternative. But the Ethiopian occupation of Somalia will result only a negative dire consequences and will impact the whole region. We strongly condemn and oppose the Ethiopian military occupation of Somalia. We will not stay silent and complicit of this tragedy. To show our opposition we have decided to call for global demonstration on the 9th of March 2007. We will stand up and denounce the silent killings of the innocent, the rapes, the aggression and occupation by Ethiopians. We invite the international community and peace organizations to participate and to force the Ethiopian government to pull out its troops.
